I have just completed the restoration of my BN1. Mirrors other than the dashboard would be nice, but it doesn't look like fender mirrors were really on 100's. I think I remember reading that a vendor had mirrors that would fit in the windscreen holes but I can't remember where I read about it or what vendor supplies them. Has anyone heard of these and what do you think of them if you have? Thanks

Hey Dogs4,
AH Spares has mirrors that attach to the windshield posts with the knurled knobs that make up the mechanism that allows you to fold down your windshield. I have two on my 100M and they are great. Easy to take off if you fold down your windshield or guess could be left on.

British Car Specialists has the windscreen hole mirror in their Rare and Hard to Find Parts Catalog at page 30. That page also has the mirror for the BN1-BN2's that fits in the knurled knob hole in the 4-cylinder's windshield post.

I have been using the windscreen hole mirror on the driver's side of my tri-carb for several years, and am quite happy with it. Note that my mirror has "Harley-Davidson" engraved on it, so this might be available at your local H-D dealer.
