Mirror Source

Anyone have a good source for the door mirrors? I love the look of the Lucas style door mirrors from VB, but not sure if they will fit w/o drilling additional holes in the door (don't rally want to do that).

Thanks
Tony

Do you have the type of mirror that can mount on either side (tex)?

Looking for the same thing for my 65, two holes drilled top of door by vent window, most of the advertised mirrors look to have larger bases. Never saw the original just the holes.

Look at the Harley Davidson mirrors. at 15 bucks a pop and they work fine.

I was considering that Jack, but don't those bolt into your windshield? I have no hole in the windshield for that.

I think I have the same type mirror. I have found a source for the head of the mirror, but not the base. I have one extra, but I'm holding on to it.
try noslocators on ebay

Thing is, I don't really care for the square mirrors all that much... was hoping to find something round.

Mine are not square, They are like a tapered oval.

Mine are round, come left and right and go through the rear windsheld post hole.

Other ways to mount them of course. Quality is perfect and price is like 15 bucks each.

Jack, the later Spridget windshields do not mount like our BEs. They do not have the mounting bolts as ours are, but you could just mount those Harley units with one hole, couldn't you!!! /bcforum/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/thumbsup.gif

Jack,

Is there a picture somewhere of Miss Agatha and her mirrors?

Are those the HD mirrors? They look good. That's exactly what I want.

Thanks...

You surely could, that was my point I think.
