So, I went to the Chicago Auto Show today. Naturally, in between drooling over Aston's DB7GT and various Porsches, I stopped by the MINI stand. They had a MINI that had been converted to a snowmobile on the TV show "Monster Garage" (pardon if this has been talked about before-I don't get cable nor have I ever heard of "Monster Garage"). Interesting idea-they gutted a fresh off the lot MINI and plonked the whole lot down on a Sno-Cat or something. Apparently the thing works too!

They do something like that every Monday nite on the Discovery channel. they turned a school bus into a pontoon boat and a mustang into a lawnmower
 
I went to a Model T Snowmobile meet last weekend and about 7 or 8 of them showed up. It was my first experience riding in one - went pretty well. I guess if you can make a sled out of a Model T you can make one out of a Mini.
