Driving back from Telluride, I decided to see if I could get a good Rocky Mountain Milky way shot. Checked several locations and settled on this since (per my Photopills App) the Milky way core would come up right in the saddle between two mountains. This is a series of stacked 16-sec exposures that were stacked to reduce noise using a program called StarryLandscape Stacker. 24mm f4 at ISO 4000. White balance set at 3900K (but adjusted a little in post). Location was bout 10-15 miles south of Telluride.
