Well, and I hope I am not tempting fate too badly by saying this, but as of right now all the electronics work on the TR8.

Except for the radio.

And the front running lights.

Everything else works! Whoo Hoo.

(time to buy another car.....)

Excellent! That calls for a round of beers. /bcforum/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/thirsty.gif

OK, I'm confused. Are those not suppose to work?? /bcforum/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/confused.gif /bcforum/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/confused.gif

Sorry if I was confusing. The real title should be;

"Nearly everything on the TR8 works except for the radio which tends to catch fire and the front running lights which are corroded to bits...."

But compared to where I was where nothing worked I'm pretty stoked.

Well...she is running well enough that she is quite drivable and a bunch of fun. I still have kind of a lumpy or uneven delivery of power at cruise at a constant speed. I think the carbs need to be rebuilt, but that will have to wait for now.

I am still fighting my light motors... I am jealous, I hate having to crank them up and down. Good job
