We were going about 20mph in a construction zone and the semi was changing lanes and did not see it.
He pushed me about 10-15 feet. Basically, his front bumper hit me just above the wheel well and the lug nuts on his tire did the rest of the damage.

I think what really saved the car was that it was so light, the car was pushed as opposed to resisting the pressure applied.
 
Shortly after I got The B a woman ran a stop sign & pulled out into me and knocked me off the street and onto the sidewalk. Damage was minimal (to the car, not to her) Same area as Mike's but not quite as bad. I was afraid to even look at the damage, but was pleasantly surprised how well she stood up to the impact. I think you're right, might have to do with the weight of the vehicles. Either way, could have been a lot worse for both of us, particularly you Mike.
