Midget Washer Tank Where????

I bought a 75 Midget with the washer fluid tank just sitting in the trunk and for the life of me I can't figure out where it should rest in my tiny engine compartment. To make matters even harder, I can't seem to find holding brackets anywhere to indicate where it should go. I have looked through all my manual, pics online of Midget engine compartments, etc. Anyone out there have a pic to show me where to attempt to put this thing?

Steven's right-there are two L shaped tabs welded to the inner part of the fender, about where the top of the fender is shaped to seal the hood. I don't know if they are on repro parts, so if your car has had some work, they could be gone. It's just a plastic bag with a cap on one end.

PS-before you install it, you might want to take the fluid container and fill it with water to see if it leaks. Mine did, and I got blue washer fluid all over the place.

Cindy, according to my information, the '75 had a unique washer bottle, held in place by an "inverted U" shaped clamp. Apparently the bag wasn't introduced until '76. I don't have a clue as to where it mounts, but I would have to guess on the left inner wheel arch, as the bottom of the bottle looks like it is vee shaped to conform to that area.
This is only a guess on my part, and hopefully someone out there with a '75 will jump in and rescue you!

ok folks,
here is the scoop, i dont know anything about washerfluid bags. My 75 and my 79 both had the washer fluid, plastic jugs (sorta triangle shaped) mounted inside the engine compartment on the RIGHT (passenger) side under the fender over the wheel. it sits where the body forms a "V" shape. there are two tabs with holes there, and the original i believe was just a rubber type shock cord. i am currently using a shortened bunggy cord to hold mine down and keep it from rattling

Thanks for the update, Mark. It looks as though I guessed the correct location, just the wrong side!
My VB catalog shows a clamp with what look to be two spring hooks that go over the top of the jug to hold it in place.

Mine has two flat metal tabs inside the engine compartment on the drivers side above the wheel well. I dont have pics... maybe I will make some. The bag hangs toward the fender and on top of the inside fender well.
