Does anyone know if the rear fender was welded to the rocker & then assemled to the car? This picture is what remains of my rocker panel. You can see a few spot welds that I am trying to get out. I was having a nut of a time geting this off until I figured out that it is spot welded to the inside of the dogleg. I then have to figure out how to get it rewelded at this spot. All other spots that need to be rewleded seem obvious.
