MGB MGB on CMT Police Video Show

I was channel surfing last night after the Daytona prototypes fnished the race at Mid-Ohio. Ran across, on the Country Music channel of all places, their version of the weird police video show. From the police cruiser dash video, officer pulls up behind a parked, red, rubber bumper MGB with the hood/top down. Two people are in the car. The officer has the driver get out of the car and he is buck naked. The passenger never did get out of the car in the clip, but the passenger did hand the driver a pair of plaid shorts to put on.

The MGB did appear to be stock and it good condition. Not sure about the driver /bcforum/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/nonod.gif.
 
There are all sorts of questions that could be asked about the condition of the driver when he emerged from the MG, but I'll settle for this one.
Was he wearing a sailor hat?

I don't think I'd wanna buy ~that~ car. As a matter of fact, I don't want to know if anything of the sort ~ever~ happened in my car's history! /bcforum/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/nonono.gif
 
The real question should be where the video was taken and if we know anybody in a late model red rubber bumper B?
