MGB-GT MGB GT - Gone

There's a chrome bumpered GT that's been sitting at the
side of a guy's house about 10 miles from my house.
I always thought about asking what he was going to do
with it,but didn't.I didn't really need another car.
Today I saw it being loaded onto a flatbed tow truck
from the local auto wreckers. It had some rust, and wire wheels.
I guess that it will be parted out now.Too bad.

Drat. Spilt milk at this point tho.

Well, sometimes they get parted out so others can live! I'm doning the same thing with a rusty '74. It's too far gone to save, but it does have an od lurking underneath! SCORE!

Go down to the wrecking yard & see what they want to deliver it to your house.

I don't really want/need it.I just hate to see something
like that possibly end up in the crusher.
The point I neglected to make was - If you see a car
sitting that you might be interested in saving, contact the
owner.Give them a business card with your name/number,& an
offer. You never know, they might just call you back.
With a '60 Anglia,'64 Corsair,'67 Cortina GT,'72 Cortina,
& a '74 TR6,I don't need any more cars.

Wow you should have called me I would have gone up and looked. The cows are gone and I have an empty barn.

Doug - how do you think I ended up with an MG Graveyard!
