MGB mgb 76 uneven front end

I just recently realized that my front bumper is lower by an inch on the driver side. I verified the tire pressure. I also had to replace the front suspension shocks. I had the modification kit installed already with monroe shocks.
I replace as well the bushings. I don't think that it's been accidented in the past but I'm not sure. I can always cheat with the bumper height but it would look as weird. Is there an easy solution to correct this?

Bachlor lean? Check the back as well. Worst case swap the springs around.
