It's a long shot I know. I have been in contact with a prior owner (on another topic) who raced it in the Northeast from 1974 to 1979 at which time it was sold to a gentleman from Florida. That fellow flew up and trailered it home, no more is known beyond 1979.

The prior owner I spoke to has a more complete racing history and no doubt many stories that would likely be of interest to the current owner if the car is still extant.

Thanks for any leads!

I raced in the SEDIV of the SCCA for 20+ years, form 83 until 2006, I think I onow someoen that may be a good starting point for you Jim Creighton, he been heavily involved in SEDIV SCA racing since the early 70s. Email me (my contact info is on the below listed website) and I'll put you tow together, if he doesn't know the car, maybe he can send you in direction that nets some answers. It's alittle before Kent Prather's time, but he may be worth a try as well, he keeps up with most racing MGAs.

Thanks Hap, I've emailed you at your acmespeedshop address. Geo
