I am still looking for a +ground to -ground converter for
a '58 MGA to put a modern sound system in. Any Ideas?
Radio shack doesn't carry it any more.

Hello Mike,
is there any reason that you don't want to change the cars system?, i.e. make the car negative earth.

www.powerstream.com sells them as well. I have a postive ground MGB myself but will probably convert it to a modern audio system. I doubt for example whether the dynamo will provide sufficient current to keep everything working. Conversion means installing a more powerful alternator instead.

Thanks for the thread folks...I'm gonna take the plunge and change my Healy over.
