Someone in the MGB 3 main porn thread ask me about the umbrella type valve seals. You can source them from Moss, or Gordon Strickland at the B Hive, they are part #290-890. The work with all valve spring combinations, and do not require any special tools to install then , just push them on the top of the guides is all there is to it. The work like a champ, and I been able to see them during teardowns with the race engines, and they stay put and seem to be very duarable, I have been using them for about 3-4 years now, here's some pictures.
