MGA MGA/MGB Parts - What Are They?

I have some parts that I've aqiuired,
will sell ( & donate a part to Basil's fund).
I have an MGB driver's side vent window/with frame.
An MGB window lowering/raising mechanism.
An exhaust manifold -
- it has 12H 3911 AGA E1 on it.

Lucas Starter - 11 tooth pinion

Are these parts interchangable (MGA/MGB)?

All MGB parts. The generators will fit MGA.

Thanks.I realised that part of the numbers
were probably dates.These were in the parts I purchased
to save from being scrapped.
I also have a set of MGA wheels,plus some misc.
NOS parts.
