I bought an MGA coupe recently and the steering wheel doesn't look correct. Can anyone identify this wheel?

The turn signal switch lever is not stock either - it is out of an earlier model.
 
.....thats a TF switch handle but some early MGA's had them too. The wheel looks to be some sedan wheel, magnette or something.
