Just now, during the Daytona 500 a Toyota took the lead. They made the comment that the last foreign manufacturer led a NASCAR race was MG in 1962 in Winston Salem.

Thankfully, no.
Personally I wish they'd throw out the templates, and just put some limits on the extent of radical modifications.
Ya' ever wonder whay all family sedans look exactly alike???
 
Mike put a call out on all the MG forums last year for information about this, so he could mention it on his telecast. He did, and this year he expanded on it.
