Check (get someone to depress the clutch while engine is OFF) to insure the slave cylinder is moving the arm. If the arm moves, the clutch disk is likely stuck to the flywheel with a bit of rust. To 'unstick' it: First warm up the engine to normal temp, turn it off and push the car to where you can run it without HITTING anything. Get it started rolling/running in gear with clutch depressed fully and hit the brakes. It'll "snap" loose. May take a couple trys. Be aware of your "runout" distance and other objects around and ahead of you!

Again: This is ONLY if you can confirm the slave is working the fork arm a distance of about an inch. If not, then the hydraulics need servicing.
