Aloha,
I started rebuilding my TF several years ago, probably ten. I'm now reassembling it. There are two threaded holes on the bottom of the fuel tank, one for a drain plug and one for the fuel line to the pump. One is toward the center of the tank, the other off to the passenger side. My question is which is for the drain. Thanks in advance for any help.

Dave

On my TF the drain is toward the passenger side, the fuel line is toward the center of the tank. I never compared the size of the holes to see if they are the same size, but if they are, it shouldn't make any difference which one you use. PJ

Aloha Paul,

That is how I recalled the piping location but I wasn't sure. By the way, the two holes are threaded the same. They are also the same thread pattern as the fuel pump.

Didn't know that Dave, thanks for that information. Stay Safe! Safety Fast. PJ
