Can you get air through it??? You can check with a cigar...blow smoke in an see if it comes out at the other end. If it can get through, try a shop vac method I have used. Get the shop vac duct- taped up at the bracket end and turn it on while feeding a string (fishing line works pretty well)into the end of the pipe. Be sure that you have a good hold on the end, because once it clears the obstucted area, the suction will take it away in a flash. Once you have the string through, you might need to work it back an forth to clear the gunk out of the obstructed area. If you are lucky, the wire can then be taped to the string and pulled through by the string. If jagged edges inside the constricted area shread or break the string or if more strength is needed, use the string to pull through a piece of solid copper wire (without any covering)and pull the wires through with the copper wire. Another hint is to attach the two wires at two points on the pulling wire to provide a more tapered joint...and a little parfin or soap will help get it around the bend and through the constructed area.
Of course, I am assuming that the two wires came out of where you are trying to put them.
Good luck!
