T-Series MG Midget 1275 Reverse Light Switch - Help Needed

Can anybody help me find where the reverse light switch screws into the gearbox remote housing and more importantly how to get to it. My reverse lights are currently being run off an added switch - Not very useful as i keep forgeting to turn it on or off. So i have a new i just cant find where the thing goes.

The reverse lamp switch is located under the shifter boot. i am not sure you can change it from there, someone else is sure to know and will be along shortly.
