"MG" Key Blanks - I'll have a few extra.

After being turned away from a couple hardware stores, I decided to order a 10-pack of key blanks for my TR7. One was the same price as two, and with shipping, ten was only a couple buck more. I've seen these key types cross over the MG and Triumph brands, so check your key against the images from Moss - https://www.mossmotors.com/Shop/ViewProducts.aspx?PlateIndexID=30369&SortOrder=3

They are the style "MG" if you look at the Moss catalog. I'll have eight left over that I'll part with for $2.50 each. Your local hardware store will most likely cut your blank for free, like mine does, since they can't supply them.

These aren't the ones with the plastic head, like Moss sells for $15, but a simple metal key.

Mine look like the AA type, if the MG type will fit then put me down for 2 of them, and pm me with how to pay you. My trunk lock key is the type FS. I'm pretty certain my iggy key is the AA type... Might not work for me. I don't know

My keys appear to both be FS. They also appear to be really worn out!!! It's a wonder they work. I wonder how old they are? They are brass Cole National blanks, not originals. My extra set appear to be aluminum, one is Ilco and the other Cole National. The Ilco says FS on the key. All work perfectly.

Mine is a really beat up plastic leyland logo key, says nemantex on one side and "E" on the other.

well, from the Moss diagram I don't think AA and MG would play together well. :frown:
