MGB-GT MG enthusiasts in Eastern Washington

Trying to track down any MG enthusiasts living in Eastern Washington (state).

My old man is the second owner of a 1970 MGB (I believe he bought it in 1971 used). Regardless, the car has been in our family for four decades. The car needs a little TLC to get it back on the road. However, Dad is retired and I'm sure he won't pay a mechanic to try and fix it. He's old school and would rather fix it himself even if the process takes years.

Dad had the car running on the road a couple of years ago. However, I believe he sprung a leak in the slave cylinder or someplace like that (dry air of the region is terrible on rubber parts).

I live 2000 miles away otherwise I'd help him get it on the road again myself. My quest instead; find several helping hands in the Richland, WA area who can help over a weekend get this car on the road again. Can't promise payment but I bet I can get Dad to provide a salmon steak cookout with ample beer (or local wine) provided. Any thoughts or takers?
