Hi Anyone going to MG 2007 in Sonoma Ca. I live about 25 miles from there so think I will take the week off and go.

I'll be there....Jean and I haven't missed a NAMGBR annual yet..the first being in Peterborough, Ontario in 1992.

This will be the first one that I will not be arriving at in an MG, though...my work schedule and other conflicts will keep me off of the road for the 4 days out/4 days back that have been so much fun in the past (Lake Tahoe in '95, Vancouver in '99, and Olympia in '05)

This will be a great event...if you're within a day or two's drive, you have no excuse for missing (in my book)!

See you on the road!

I plan to be there. I live north of LA. Anyone coming through the area is welcome to stop by for a car wash. /bcforum/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/smile.gif

Rick, Are you expecting 07 to be as big as 06? PJ

MG2007 is the annual gathering of the NAMGBR, whereas MG2006 was a joint effort of all five MG Registers in North America. So, to answer your question, probably not.

I would anticipate a good draw of Bs and Midgets, with the possibility of several As (NAMGARs event is the following weeek on the west coast)...

Of course, all MGs and British cars and their owners are invited to attend!

I may be on my way back, via the LONG route, from GoF West in our MG TC. So I will be one of the minority in that respect. But I'll have the record for the longest distance traveled to the event despite the fact that I live only a few hundred miles away. /bcforum/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/smile.gif

Where is GOF West this year?

BTW...the TC I looked at last year has ended up back in England...sold for an unbelievable price, not including shipping.

It's in Park City, Utah.

TCs are still up there in price with no sign of coming down. They were recently named one of the most collectible cars in a big magazine, can't remember which. This won't do anything to keep the prices low!
