I'm up to 16 spridgets in my garage now. There are 3 Bugeyes, 4 Inncenti Spyders, 1 Arkley, and 8 box spridgets. Although I don't have room to put them all in a row I decided to display the ones that I could in order of their age.

Oh my Gosh. A warehouse even. I am really really impressed. Do you restore them or buy them that way or what. yep have looked at your pics. Do you do all that work, shucks even I can not do that much. Man, I am impressed.

Can we see a pic of your shop?

Sure Jack, I have around 70 cars right now here are some more pictures around my shop. I restore most of the cars, I have only bought a couple that were already restored. I usually am working on restoring about four cars at one time. If I end up not liking the attitude of the car I will sell it but I am fixing them for myself and I drive them all, no trailer queens.

Yes a Mosler MT900 it is not mine but is owned by a friend who likes to hang out at the shop. The Trans-Am Corvette is his as well.

Steve, it looks like you have been very busy since the last time I saw you! Very nice!! My Berkeley is still lanquishing in the back of my shop.

Kurt.

Whats the red car on the hoist, Steve. AC????

Kurt.

Wow, what a nice collection! You must have exceptional organizational skills to keep that many cars running properly while also restoring 4 at a time. How do you find time to drive them all, do you follow a set cycle to keep them all exercised? Beautiful shop too.

Dave

I was about to suggest that he should hire me to fly out for one week each month and exercise all the cars.

crazy pics, nice set up. i have to say the first time i looked at the pics, i honestly thought i was looking at models, just the way the photos are set, it really looked small scale...

It's due to depth of field - he's using a wide open aperture. If he stops the lens down to a smaller aperture, it will increase the depth of field, so that the photos will not look like a "model garage".

You should stop by again if you are in the area, I am restoring my Berkeley again (third time in four years) because someone crashed an explorer through the wall of my old shop and damaged it.

I to would like to be put on the list to come and exercise cars when you get behind.

I can be there with two days notice.

I am really impressed with your love, ability

Well.. what else is there to do in Iowa in the winter? I spent some of my childhood in Ames... wind blows and if you have but a needle hole in the structure during a blizzard you can expect a huge mound of snow inside the structure. yea that is a nice collection.. open a museum and charge admission...

Aye, spring of 2013 sounds good.
