Don't see em around these parts either. Did see one at the car show at Iola WI. couple of years back.

And by the way Sherlock it is -2 F here, could you keep this weather up in you parts instead of sending it south?
 
If you go to a national antique car show comparable to the one in Hershey, PA, you will most likely see one. A customer of mine has done the interiors of several Darrins. His total adds up to 2 or 3% of the cars ever produced. Considering the number built, it doesn't take much to get there.
