Mazda 5 bearing question

My sister has an '06 Mazda 5 - 150000 km. She has just been told the struts, bearings and likely the engine need replacing. Needless to say she's not happy. (can you say planned obsolescence?)

Anyway, went on ebay to check bearings and this came up -
Bearings

am I correct that this is essentially the whole hub? and, if so, is it a DIY unbolt one and put on the other job?

this is new to me

thanks

Yeah....and I was out of business before that car came out, but a lot of cars with those rear hub assemblies use a torx drive to get them out, if I recall. Still have those bits, one quite large. But, are they talking rear or front bearings? Fronts may be a different can of worms, like pull the hub and have them pressed out and in. Bets are it's a one-piece sealed bearing in the front.
