I have not quite come to a final decision, but I have been seriously considering selling my 1950 Daimler Special Sport. If I do I'll put an ad in the Classifieds with a link to an EBay ad.

Basil's Daimler

Basil, something new on the horizon?

Oh, man......

I hope you DO NOT SELL it. I don't know why you would but you just might regret it... Maybe you need to give it more thought?

Yeah, that's way too nice a car to give up for whatever reason. If you did sell it though, I wish I had the money for it. Wow! what a nice car!

Basil- looks like there is one on Ebay, located in Radium Hot Springs, Canada. I expect it will sell in the mid to upper 30's.

No bids so far. I don't expect to get anything near that much because mine needs lots of TLC. But it is a very solid car and mostly complete, so a very good starting point for restoration.

Basil - you still haven't told us why? Please don't let it be so that you can reinvent this as the Japanese car Forum

Well part of it is so I can focus more time and $$ on my Jaguar and part of it is so I can (maybe BIG maybe) buy a Triumph motorcycle.
