If you want to see really spirited driving at a vintage racing event, I'd heartily recommend checking out Mini Meet North at Mosport in June. The Mini racers put on a fantastic show! I don't know a vintage racing class that provides more action for spectators. The Mini Meet is part of VARAC's annual vintage grand prix weekend. I'm trying to work off a big back-log of paddock photos from the 2010 event (which incidentally was also an MG Vintage Racers focus event. Wonderful!) I thought you guys might enjoy seeing the latest batch. Lots of trick tricks on this car! Terry Milnes' 1966 Austin Mini Cooper S

I first met Terry at the Targa Newfoundland in 2007 and have since raced with him at the VARAC festival. The Mini's that Terry and several other Canadian drivers field are simply awesome and Mosport is the home track for several of these guys. They're great drivers with really fast cars and it is all I can do simply to stay in touch with many of them.

BTW the VARAC vintage festival is a wonderful event--a great track and a very friendly bunch of racers who welcome US racers.
