Master Cylinder with oversize bore

Some time ago I replaced my master cylinder with a new one because I couldn't find an oversized repair kit. The old cylinder was clearly labeled as oversized. Do those kits not exist anymore? I don't need the oversized cylinder but I've been keeping it around "just in case". Is it junk, or can someone make use of it? It's yours for the asking if you want it. Or are there salvageable parts on it, i.e. the reservoir? Also, there was a plastic baffle that was either with the old one or came with the new one that seems to go beneath the reservoir cap, but I've never been able to figure out how or if it's supposed to fit. Anyone know about this part? I'm baffled (ha! get it?) /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/nonod.gif

Hi John,
I know Apple Hydraulics puts in oversized pistons in the clutch and brake master cylinders. I know they also sell rebuild kits for these - have you checked with them?
