You know, I think Kim loves his little car.

She is going to have a good live from hear out.
 
Oh, like the british spec cars? Nah, I think I will put it back as close to original as I can but for the paint color. I plan on the black stripe at the bottom and all. I will be spending a lot of money on trim retainer clips,etc. I should think. I thought of getting rid of all the holes on the side, but I like the stripe and the trim.

Its become an obsession. I been fiddling with it for 7 years off and on but kept having to let it go for other projects. Now it is the main project. Even after paint there will be a long ways to go. Carpet, seats, dash, top, interior panels, all kinds of stuff.
 
And the back up lamp holes need to be filled in.
Door locks! smooth them off too. We'll let you keep the handles but I even took them off my 69.

Don't tempt me /bcforum/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/smile.gif Well, I'm off to the hospital for some preop work for my shoulder surgery tomorrow. Got the wood heater goig downstairs which I will allow to burn out. Temp downstairs is 58 and should be over 60 with the heat when I get home. When its over 60, then I will be ready to spray the primer as soon as my dad comes up. Got to rememeber to drain that compressor before I start. Self etch primer, then the high build 2k, then that is gonna be it for a while. Ya'll are probably right. I will retape a lot of it again, but not the trunk and hood areas, that was just too long. Since the insides were already painted, I had to tape the inside of the hood and boot lid and then also the openings as well.
