I just saw a short video on CBS news - a tribute by Wynton Marsalis to Martin Luther King.

I can't find an online copy of this morning's video, but it's really worth watching.

Marsalis tells of his childhood experiences in the South of the 1960s, the changes he's seen over the years, his positive - and negative - take on Martin Luther King, and includes some good trumpet playing.

Yes but unfortunatly his dream wasn't fully realized. Still can't judge by character content.

You totaly lost me. That was the year before I was born. I know he was killed and there was a bunch of riots.

Only thing I can speak of is things that happened in my lifetime. Needless to say, it's never o.k to riot and/or drag another human being from a truck and smash his head in with a brick just because of the color of his skin. Someone who exhibits such behavior is an animal...no matter what race they be.

Persoanlly, I wish King never would have gotten wacked. IMO, he was the only civil rights leader who wanted both sides to play fair.
