Marks on piston top

Hello all...

What means the marks on the flat top piston? ID19 T45 030 (factory stamps) 83382 (stamps with hand - not at factory) maby the bore size? in mm and not in inches...

First guess would be a part number AND possible indication that your engine is already overbored by .030"; only verified by measuring.
