got a set of old marchal running lights in like
new condition. how were they traditionally
mounted? on the bumper or on a bar? if on the
bumper,by what means ? gregg
 
Hi Fordhealey,

I would not recommend mounting the running lights on the bumper. The lights become very unstable as the bumper shakes with the car and the picture for other cardrivers is "shaky" and very "nervewrecking". So my advice would be to mount them on a bar that gives more stabilization as it is.

the more i think about it .it seems like more trouble than its worth. think i'll leave them in the box. not worth buying a bar just to put lights on that i'll probibly never use. i am not sure if i want to go to the trouble to put the
splash apron back on either. just something to get chipped.
