Man of Steel - Review

Ok, so I was bored and bought the Blue-Ray version of "Man of Steel." After all, it had Russell Crowe so it must be a pretty good movie. Well, it "could" have been a pretty good movie, but instead, it is a blatant rip-off of the original Superman with Christopher Reeve, only with way too many special effects. Some of the feats of strength and speed used an over-abundance of computer animation and you could tell. It looked over-developed to the point of being unbelievable! I was disappointed in this movie and would not recommend it. A ripped-off plot and an over-use on non-believable computer effects.

You mean blatant rip off of Superman II.

I only like the original Superman version with Christopher Reeve, Margot Kidder, Gene Hackman, never cared for the later versions, but to each his/her own. PJ

I must be older than you guys......I always think of George Reeves as the original Superman. ;)
