Hi guys - now that I am down to "only" one TR (the horror!) I am going to start digging into the TR4a to get her set up for spring and summer driving. I loved the Miata seats in my TR6 and those stayed with me after the TR6 was sold. I know how to mount them into my TR4a, have the bracket etc, but am wondering if you all have any ideas on making them look more period. Short of having them totally redone any ideas to pass along? Any pictures of well done color / pattern / covers etc handy?

Thanks!

I have Miata seats in my TR8, and had covers made by Mr Mike. What color is the interior of you TR4A? My TR4A black with white piping, so if I was to put Miata seats in it I would have Mr Mike make some black covers with white piping. You could also have the pleating done to match the TR4A seats.

Wow the Mr. Mike's web site has all the information you need to choose a great set of new covers including logs and some fine examples of his work, there seem to be endless possibilities!

Thanks guys - will check that out. Looks like her has cornered the market!

You may want to check with BCF member Rick Ingram (rick_ingram). I know he does Fiero seats for MG's; he may be able to help as well.
