$3950? Most of my cars aren't worth that much.
Woulden't it be great if someone put together a "lower-
-key" event,for the "lesser" cars?
Kind of like the California Mille is "mirrored" by the
California Melee.

I wasn't aware of it but I'll keep my eyes open on those dates, since 3 of the towns mentioned border ours. I'm happy to see they're getting off the coast and heading inland - far less crowded and few traffic lights.

I hope they do a good job pre-running this event, because some of the roads they're likely to use are in poor repair with some huge bumps and potholes and they aren't scheduled for maintenance until '07.

I'm also happy to see that most of the profits go to local causes.
