Luggage Rack

Sorry, I should have mentioned...

There are a lot of brochures there. Find the appropriate model, MK I, MK II, etc. then click on the thumbnail of each cover. The first page displayed will, at the top, have the PRINT DATE of the brochure IF one is printed on the document.

Brochures generally are specific to a model (MK), not a specific year. (though you will find exceptions)

Thanks...

I have a few ads, mostly from the year of my car...1973. I also have a few non Midget brochures, such as the 1973 range brochure (several models in the MG range), and also a few factory photos and post cards.

But, my main interest was in the brochures, just because of the amount of information each contain, both written and visual.

It's also cool to see how times changed; from hand illustrated Ozzie and Harriet style to photo illustration to Partridge Family and flower power style.

Oh...and notice that most of the brochures offer technical specifications as well...very handy.

I personally like my BE installation out over the cl of the front wheel. However, it seems that the driver side mirror is the one that gets knocked out of adjustment. Quite to others amazement, I've found a 3/4" square yardstick that I carry which I use to adjust it while sitting in the drivers seat. My point, if you mount the mirror away from the your reach, you might think about it again.

Just thought I would add 2 pics of the mirror installation on my car for future reference - used Jeff's info. for installation.

Thanks for the advice.
