Lug nuts for Minitor rims

I received some scratch and chip new wheels for some work I did for a friend. They came with one cap, no lug nuts and some chips and scratches. I have a sugeye in dire need of some sidewall to keep the car off the ground. I decided to use these rims, but need lug nut info. They are in storage and I need specs to order lug nuts.

First I know they require 3/8 24 to match the studs. Question is, what is the configuration.. are they mag wheel shank style shouldered with a boss to center them or are they centered by the a matching taper to the contact surface? If shouldered, what is the diameter and length of the barrel which fits in the bore? If conical tapered, what is the angle of taper. I see a lot of lug nuts available for ATVs listed as 60 degrees. Is that correct?
Maybe the question is, who has them.. I don't see much info online about Minitor rims anymore. I have seen a lot of cars with them in the past, so someone should know what I am asking about. They were popular as were the Panasports.
Thanks, John
