lucas pl700 tripod headlight

You want a Cibie Z-beam clone? One of mine broke, so I have an extra. I bought a pair of PL700s to replace "it."

I suspect you may be stuck buying the pair and keeping the spare for the "next time." Or -- sell the odd one on eBay. That's what I am considering for my spare "Cibie" -- unless, of course, you want it.

Unfortunately no'

but if one breaks you'll be the 1st to know

I saw this the other day and forgot to check my stash. I may have one left over from the accident in 2008, if I can find it in the stuff given back to me by the body shop. I have to leave for a few hours, but will check when I get back.

Well... You'll just have to make do with somebody's old cast-off spare PL700. Somebody noticed my Cibie-clone mentioned here -- and it's NLA. Good luck. (And this forum is GREAT for this kind of thing!)

Randy,

I cannot find that headlamp. I don't think that I ever got it back from the body shop and I think that there may have been an accident when something got dropped and it wasn't the already damaged one. The more I think about it, the more that I think it was accidentally damaged during the repainting of the car.
