TR2/3/3A lube for upper A bushings

I used rubber for the upper A bushings and they are squeaking and stiff and was wondering what to use for lube. My first thought of WD40, but do not know. I am kinda wishing I would have used Neophrem.

I'd use silicone spray. WD40 (or any petroleum oil) is not good for the rubber.

The other option is to just replace them. Mine never seemed to last for more than 2 years. (Which was my main motivation in converting to Nylatron.)
