TR2/3/3A Lower wishbone inner steel bush rusted to spindle?

Ive got the vertical link and lower wishbones removed to replace bushings. The inner lower bush in is fused to it's spindle with corrosion. I've soaked the area with PB Blaster and tried to budge it with vice grips with no joy. Would heating with a propane torch free it up or cutting with a dermal be possible without going too deep? Any suggestions most appreciated.

I went the Dremel route. Just cut most of the way through the sleeve, and most of the way across (you won't be able to get right up against the tower). Then use a hammer & chisel to break it the rest of the way.

I managed to nick the inner shaft, but it didn't seem to hurt anything. The new sleeve covered up the damage.

I used the chisel method. I worked a split lengthwise (for and aft on the car), and then went to the open end with the chisel and split it open and off. My second try was going to be Randall's dremel method...but I felt too lazy to dig it out and run an extension chord that day...
