lower link pins

I am replacing the front springs as part of a restoration of a 65 BJ8. I planned to also replace the bushings on the lower front links but the link pins will not come out. Because the way the frame is laid out there is no way to drift them out. Would apreciate any ideas or if any one knows of a special tool that will remove them.
