Low Oil Pressure Indicator Light

The low oil pressure indicator light is on, I have good oil pressure and there is oil in the engine, any suggestions.
 
I believe that light also indicates a brake fault (signal from the PDW switch (at least is does in a GT6). Unplug the connector at the PDW switch to see if the light goes out. If it does, you know the source of your problem.
