Lotus Elan S4

Glad to have you aboard! I'm going out on a limb and guessing you have a Lotus Elan S4! Is this a new acquisition or have you have it for a while?

PS: Are you in Birmingham UK or Birmingham Alabama?

UK....

I bought it almost 5 years ago, I actually went to look at an Elise, however I'd always wanted an Elan. The dealer specialises in Classic Lotus. I spotted the Elan went for a test drive and bought it. I have it stripped down at present...

Sweet! What's not to love! I once came very close to buying a Lotus Europa JPS. I got cold feet, butnow wish I have bought it as it was in very good shape and the price was reasonable.

Welcome! I had a '64 Elan "S1-1/2" (#3892).
Those are incredible cars to drive.
