Looking for seats

I'm looking for seats, in decent condition, for my 76 Midget. Any year that will fit and will consider Mazda Miata seats since this is a custom project. Prefer they be located in the midwest, within a day's drive of Michigan. Trying to keep under $500. Color does not matter since they will be recovered regardless. Thanks!

Did ya know that you can buy some really nifty seats from Summit racing that only cost bout 150 bucks or so and thet even have the rails and everything. Page 303 in the Feb.Summit racing catalog Part #AMC12410 to 12430. Bunch of different colors. They even come with tilt forward mechanism. I have seem them they look good

I have never considered looking in a racing catalog. Thanks for the idea. Still looking for more options.

I prefer the low back classic racing seats over the miata seats. ...Just my opinion.

You can check Summit on line. Not a bad deal ....that is if ya don't mine high back seats.

I think the miata seats are too high and I do not like the integral headrest.

Yes, those are nice... If you aren't overly round.
And those side bolsters make it a little difficult to get out with the top up. (I've driven a sprite with those exact type seats (or least they look identical.)
