I have a TR8 seat that needs some rebuilding of the foam and repair to the cover. Are there any seat upholster in Rochester, NY that any of you have had experience with?
 
You may try some of the local boat shops or furniture upholstery shops in Irondquoit. You may be able to pull the seat cover a replace the stiching yourself. Not that tough. Post a pic of the problem. May be able to help you out.
 
There's a guy here in Horseheads that does hot-rod uphoulstry. He's had several show winners/ magazine articles.

I've never had him do anything for me, but I've seen his work. Awesome!
We're right next to Elmira on I86. about 2 hours from Rochester.
