Slightly off topic. I picked up a motolita steering wheel that came with a 77 on up hub and it has no provision for a horn. Do the earlier hubs have a horn or is it wave at the other driver and hope he see's you?

You could wave....
These should have a center horn push. Some are designed so you're able to use your existing one, or contact a Motolita dealer to see if a replacement one is available or necessary. I suspect the person selling the wheel kept theirs to use with its replacement.
