looking for a piece that i cant find

I'm looking for the piece that goes under the tail lights on the chrome bumper mgb's. i'm going to remove the rubber bumper and replace it with a sebring valance. and help at finding this will be greatly apreciated. i've looked in moss and victoria british and couldn't find one. anyone knoiw where i could find one.

if you look at the rear of this mgb gt just below where the tail lights go you see a rounded buldge. this is the piece. and yes this is one of Tony Barnhill's MGs.
 
vicky brit has them and Tony sent me the part number but I can't find what I did with it. bear woth me and it'll come to me, or you could ask Tony

Adam....get the ones from Vickie...easy to spot weld onto car...I just did it on my V8 car that we're converting to chrome...oh, you'll want to weld a flat piece of metal just under the tops of them after they're on the car so water won't run through them...you'll understand if you look at an original chrome car without its taillights...
 
thanks. I'll order them today or tomorrow once i get time. now to the welding. I've never welded before and I also don't have a welder. so what do i do? do i go to a auto repair shop and tell them what i need them to do??
