Looking for a Particular Sprite

I have a friend who bought an early 60s Midget and the seller included a packet which he said was the original paperwork & service records.

The packet was quite complete with the original sale paperwork, warranty, shop manual, assorted stuff they give you with your new car and lots of service records up through 1976... only problem was that it wasn't for his car.

The paperwork is for a Sprite, commission number AN5L20779.

Obviously he could sell this lot on eBay but all he really wants to do is reunite it with the owner of the car if it still exists.

Please let me know if you have this car or you know of this car. Also, if there is an online resource/registry that I could access please let me know that too.
